Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Edmonton, Alberta. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, LuxGlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. LuxGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
